By accessing and using the Souq platform ("Souq"), powered by (“Urban Point”) URBAN POINT FOR MARKETING W.L.L., you agree that the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy governing your use of the Ooredoo app (the "App") also apply to your use of the Souq, as if fully set forth herein. These App terms are incorporated by reference and form a binding agreement between you and OOREDOO Q.P.S.C
1. What is Souq?Souq is an M-commerce marketplace that provides hundreds of offers from local businesses in Qatar and touristic offers from around the world. The platform is managed by Urban Point, an Ooredoo partner specializing in aggregating offers from local businesses in Qatar.

2. Additional ProvisionsIn addition to the incorporated App terms, the following provisions specifically apply to your use of Souq:

2.1 Third-Party Service ProviderSouq is operated and maintained by Urban Point, a third-party service provider. Ooredoo is not responsible for any aspect of the Souq’s operation, including but not limited to product availability, order fulfillment, customer service, or technical issues. You agree to hold Ooredoo harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Souq or interactions with Urban Point.

2.2 Data Collection and UseIn addition to the data practices described in the Ooredoo Privacy Policy, Ooredoo may share customer data with Urban Point solely for the purpose of enabling the Souq to personalize your shopping experience, provide customer support, and improve Souq functionality.

2.3 Data SharingOoredoo will not share your data with any external merchants or third parties other than Urban Point, as necessary to facilitate your use of Souq.

2.4 AI TechnologySouq may use AI technology for providing chat support. This technology is evolving and may have limitations. Use your judgement before relying on it.

2.5 Your PrivacyChat history is not stored and is automatically removed when the chat is closed.

2.6 AccessibilityOoredoo is responsible for ensuring the Souq platform is accessible through the Ooredoo app.

2.7 Billing and PaymentsPayment Methods: Souq accepts the following payment method: ● Credit Card● Debit Card● Apple Pay ● Ooredoo Money
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Urban Point. Ooredoo does not store any payment information
Refunds and Returns: No refunds or cancellations are allowed once the order is confirmed, except for the following cases:- Payment processing issues- Merchant outlet closure- Inability to redeem the Offer at the specified outlet

2.8 ModificationsOoredoo reserves the right to modify these Supplemental Terms at any time. Your continued use of Souq following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2.9 Disclaimer and Limitation of LiabilitySouq is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ooredoo and Urban Point make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Souq's availability, functionality, or security. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ooredoo and Urban Point shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Souq.

3. Souq Terms of ServiceThese terms are common across all Souq Offers. Should any terms vary, they will be specified in the Offer itself.

4. Voucher ValidityVouchers are valid for 30 days from the purchase date unless stated otherwise in the Offer.

5. Use Restrictions- Vouchers cannot be redeemed on public holidays or blackout days unless explicitly stated otherwise.- Blackout dates include Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Qatar National Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentines Day, and Qatar National Sports Day.- Special one-day-a-week theme brunches may have unique conditions. Check the Offer Details for specifics.

6. Booking RequirementsPrior booking is required at least 24 hours in advance unless stated otherwise in the Offer Details.

7. Digital Voucher AcceptanceVouchers can only be redeemed via the Ooredoo app by the person who purchased the Voucher(s).

8. Price StabilityOriginal prices are verified at the time of publishing, but any subsequent changes are not the platform’s responsibility.

9. Redemption● Voucher redemption is facilitated through the Ooredoo app, where Urban Point acts as an agent for third-party● businesses. ● The business selling the Voucher is responsible for fulfilling any purchased Vouchers.● While we ensure the promotion of these businesses based on accurate representations of their offers, Urban Point does not guarantee the quality or standard of any product or service.● Failure to honor a reservation may result in the voucher being redeemed by the business.

10. Privacy PolicyUrban Point respects your privacy and collects Personal Information to tailor offerings for you. By browsing and purchasing offers on the Souq platform, you agree that we may:● Share your Personal Information with third parties solely for delivering the Service that you purchased.● Use your information for promotional purposes and to send transaction receipts.● Share your information with Souq Merchants if you participate in an Identification Activity.
