Getting Started

How does it work?

Step 1

Pick any offer from the Urban Point app.

Step 2

Before ordering or purchasing a service, let the staff know you'll be using Urban Point. Then show your Urban Point offer when you ask for the bill.

Step 3

The staff enters their PIN on the app and applies the discount to your bill.

Subscription & Billing

How can I subscribe to access the offers?

Subscribing to Urban Point is easy.

For Ooredoo Postpaid (Shahry+ Super, Shahry+, Qatarna+, and Data Sim+) users, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into the Ooredoo app.
  2. Tap the promo banner under the "Other Offers" section to claim your bonus.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions which will redirect you to the Urban Point app.
  4. Enjoy your free access to Urban Point! If the offers are still locked after this process, please restart the app.

For Ooredoo Prepaid users who top up QAR 65 or more on Ooredoo Hala Super, Data, Flexi & Voice plans:

  1. Log into the Ooredoo app within the validity of your recharge.
  2. Tap the promo banner under the "Other Offers" section to claim your bonus.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions which will redirect you to the Urban Point app.
  4. Enjoy 30 days of free access to Urban Point! If the offers are still locked after this process, please try refreshing or restarting the app.

Note: In the case of multiple recharges, Urban Point validity will not accumulate. Your Urban Point access will be valid for 30 days from the date of your last claim.

For Ooredoo Business (Aamali) users on eligible Standard, Advanced, or Premium plans:

  1. Ensure your company is subscribed to an eligible Aamali Mobile plan through Ooredoo.
  2. Urban Point is activated automatically on your line — no claim step required.
  3. You'll receive an SMS with your Urban Point login credentials.
  4. Download the Urban Point app, log in, and enjoy your access to Urban Point!

For Ooredoo Visitor SIM users (Visitor Go, Plus, or Pro):

  1. Purchase and activate your Ooredoo Visitor SIM.
  2. Download the Urban Point app.
  3. Log in using your Visitor SIM mobile number.
  4. Enjoy a complimentary subscription, created automatically when you first log in.

For non-Ooredoo Users:

  1. Log into the Urban Point app.
  2. Tap "Unlock Offers" on the home page banner.
  3. Tap "Manage Subscription" to view our plans.
  4. Choose a plan and follow the payment instructions.
  5. After a successful payment the Urban Point app and offers should now be unlocked. If the offers are still locked after this process, please try refreshing or restarting the app.

I am an Ooredoo customer. Am I eligible for a free subscription?

Yes, your Ooredoo postpaid plan already comes with a free Urban Point subscription. This applies to customers on the new Shahry+ and Qatarna+ plans, as well as 5G Data SIM plans. Your free subscription is valid until the last day of the current calendar year, as long as your postpaid plan remains active.

For prepaid users, you can unlock 30 days of free access if you top up QAR 65 or more on Ooredoo Hala Super, Data, Flexi & Voice plans.

Visiting Qatar? If you purchase an Ooredoo Visitor SIM, you automatically receive a complimentary 30-day Urban Point subscription, a great way to enjoy the country's best offers from day one.

Customers on the Ooredoo Business Aamali plan at QAR 200 or above are also eligible for a free Urban Point subscription.

I have a free Urban Point subscription that comes with my Ooredoo postpaid (Shahry+ and Qatarna+ plans), but it hasn't been activated yet.

If your complimentary postpaid subscription is not activated yet, follow the steps below:

Log into the Ooredoo app.

Tap the promo banner under the "Other Offers" section to claim your bonus.

Follow the on-screen instructions which will redirect you to the Urban Point app.

Enjoy your free access to Urban Point! If the offers are still locked after this process, please restart the app.

If you have already completed these steps but still cannot access offers, go to your Ooredoo app, unsubscribe from Urban Point, and subscribe again.

Should the issue persist, kindly contact us so that we may assist you in resolving the issue.

My free subscription is supposed to last until the end of the year, but the app shows it's only valid for one month.

Your free subscription is valid until the last day of the current calendar year. The date shown under Membership & Billing refers to your subscription cycle, not the end of your free period. The subscription cycle is a rolling 30-day period counted from the day you activated, and it renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel.

My subscription attempt was declined.

A subscription attempt can be declined for several reasons. The most common reason is having reached your credit limit on a postpaid account (Shahry+ or Qatarna+ plans). To resolve this, top up your account or settle any outstanding bills with Ooredoo.

If the issue continues, contact us and we'll help from there.

What is an access code and how do I use it?

An access code is a 6-character code that grants you access to the app in place of a regular subscription.

To apply one, tap the Profile icon at the bottom right of the Urban Point app, go to Membership & Billing, tap Manage Subscription. On the bottom of the page, tap Use Access Code, enter your code, and tap Activate. Urban Point offers should now be unlocked.

If the offers are still locked after this process, please try refreshing or restarting the app. If problems persist or if you have any other questions, feel free to contact us.

I didn't receive my SMS activation code (OTP).

If your OTP hasn't arrived, first check that the mobile number you entered is correct, and that you have good network coverage. If you've confirmed both and still haven't received a code, please contact us.

I just unsubscribed. When does my access expire?

You can see how many days of access remain under 'Subscription' then 'Manage Subscription'. Tap the Profile icon at the bottom right of the Urban Point app to get there.

I want to subscribe. How do I pay?

For Ooredoo postpaid users (Shahry+ and Qatarna+ plans), Urban Point is already included free with your plan.

For prepaid users, you can unlock 30 days of free access if you top up QAR 65 or more on Ooredoo Hala Super, Data, Flexi & Voice plans. Otherwise, credit card packages are available for both monthly and yearly subscriptions.

For non-Ooredoo users, credit card packages are available for both monthly and yearly subscriptions.

I'm trying to purchase a subscription package with my credit card, but the payment page is stuck and nothing is happening.

First, make sure your app is updated to the latest version. If it's already up to date and the problem persists, reach out via our Contact Form. Please include your account details and a description of what you're seeing.

There's a Promo Code field on the credit card payment page. What is it?

A Promo Code applies a discount to your chosen subscription package. If you have one, enter it at checkout and the price will update automatically. If you don't have one, simply leave the field blank and proceed with your purchase.

I forgot my 4-digit passcode. How do I reset it?

On the login page in the Urban Point app, tap "Forgot Passcode," enter either the registered email address or phone number on your account, and tap "Send Code". A new PIN will be sent to you. Once you're back in, we recommend updating your PIN to something only you know. You can do this by going into the Profile page (bottom-right icon on the app) → Profile → Passcode.

If you don't receive the OTP through your number or your email, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

I want to unsubscribe from the newsletter.

To unsubscribe from our newsletters, use the Unsubscribe link in any newsletter email you've received from us. Note that you cannot remove your email address from receiving confirmations directly related to your redemptions as those are tied to your account activity.

My subscription just renewed but my vouchers are still showing as used. Why didn't they renew?

Vouchers and subscriptions renew on different schedules. Used vouchers renew on the 1st of each calendar month, regardless of when your subscription renews.

When do my vouchers renew?

Every offer expires at the end of the calendar month and renews on the 1st of the following month regardless of your subscription renewal date. For example, if you use a voucher on the 17th, it will be available again on the 1st of the next month.

Account & Profile

I want to update my account information.

In the Urban Point app, tap the Profile icon at the bottom right of the screen. Tap 'Profile'. From there, select and fill in the fields you'd like to update and click 'Save Changes' to update your account information.

Note: Your mobile number cannot be changed from within the app. If you need to update your registered mobile number, please reach out via our Contact Form. Please also include your account details.

I just created a new account, but it says my phone number is already registered.

This likely means you have an existing Urban Point account. Our system only allows one account per mobile number. To continue, you can either use a different number for your new account or, if you'd prefer to keep the same number, contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Can I share my account with friends and family?

Yes. Your account can be used across multiple devices. Just ask them to download the Urban Point app and log in with your credentials. Please only share your account details with people you personally know and trust.

Keep in mind: any offer redeemed on your account will appear as "used" on all devices logged into that account.

I want to delete my account.

To delete your account, go to Profile at the bottom right of the app, select 'Profile' and on the bottom of the page tap 'Delete Account'.

Please note that this action is permanent and will erase all your data. If you'd like to use Urban Point again in the future, you'll need to create a new account.

Can I use a landline number?

Landline numbers are not supported. Your Urban Point account requires a valid mobile number to receive SMS notifications and confirmations.

Can I have more than one account?

Yes, you can have more than one account. Just keep in mind that each account requires a unique email address and mobile number, so you'll need a different one for each.

Offers & Redemption

How do I use an offer?

Redeeming an Urban Point offer with a 4-digit PIN is straightforward:

Step 1: Select the offer you want to redeem and let the staff know. Make sure you're at the specific location listed in the offer details.

Step 2: Before ordering anything, inform the staff that you'll be using Urban Point. When you're ready to pay, present your Urban Point offer.

Step 3: At checkout, the staff enters their 4-digit merchant PIN to apply the discount. Done.

You can also redeem offers using a Voucher Code:

Step 1: Tap the offer you want to redeem and press "Get your voucher code."

Step 2: Copy the code on screen and tap "Launch the App" at the bottom of the page.

Step 3: Paste the copied code into the Merchant app to redeem the offer.

How long are offers valid?

Every offer expires at the end of the calendar month and renews on the 1st of the following month. Offers are valid 24/7 except on blackout days: Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Qatar National Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, and Qatar National Sports Day.

For special one-day-a-week theme brunches or similar events, check the Details & Exclusions section on each offer page in the app for specific validity.

How many times can I use an in-store or dine-in offer?

Each offer may be used once per month.

How many offers can I use at a time?

Urban Point provides two kinds of in-store offers: Primary Offers and Secondary Offers.

(1) Food & Drink PRIMARY OFFERS have 2 types:

(a) Food & Drink Primary Offers - Type 1

Examples:

  • "Buy 1 Main Menu Item Get 1 Free"
  • "Buy 1 Main Course Get 1 Free"
  • "Buy 1 Buffet Get 1 Free"
  • "Buy 1 Appetizer Get 1 Free"

Type 1 requires a minimum of 2 people:

  • Number of people: 2 -> Number of Offers: 1
  • Number of people: 3 -> Number of Offers: 1
  • Number of people: 4 -> Number of Offers: 2
  • Number of people: 5 -> Number of Offers: 2
  • Number of people: 6 -> Number of Offers: 3
  • Number of people: 7 -> Number of Offers: 3
  • Number of people: 8 -> Number of Offers: 4
  • Number of people: 9 -> Number of Offers: 4

(b) Food & Drink Primary Offers - Type 2

Examples:

  • "Buy 1 Beverage Get 1 Free"
  • "Buy 1 Dessert Get 1 Free"

Type 2 may be used by a single person for takeaway, and the number of offers used per visit is at the merchant's discretion. For dine-in, the merchant will determine whether the offer can be used by a single person.

(2) Food & Drink SECONDARY OFFERS follow the structure "buy something and get something of equal or lesser value for free."

Examples:

  • "Buy 1 Main Course Get Dessert and Drink Free"
  • "Buy 1 Main Course Get Appetizer Free"
  • "Buy 1 Dessert Get Hot Beverage Free"

Secondary Offers may be used by a single person, and the number used per visit is at the merchant's discretion.

(3) Food & Drink VOUCHER CODE OFFERS

Examples:

  • "Buy 1 Chicken Burger Get 1 Free"
  • "Buy 1 Hot Beverage Get 1 Free"

Voucher Code Offers may be used by a single person for dine-in or takeaway, and the number used per visit is at the merchant's discretion. Voucher codes cannot be applied to delivery apps. Voucher code offers can be gifted, subject to offer expiry.

In the case of a dispute, the bill must be settled as per local law. Relevant parties will be contacted for resolution.

  1. The least expensive item (as listed on the Offer) will be deducted from the total bill.
  2. For Primary or Secondary "Buy 1 Get 1" offers, both items must be from the same category as specified on the Offer — for example, one main course and one main course free, or one appetizer and one appetizer free.
  3. Only one bill will be presented per table. Bill splitting is not permitted.
  4. Offers are valid solely for the item listed and are not valid for special events (e.g. Iftar, Suhoor, buffets, brunches, theme nights, special menus) unless otherwise indicated on the Offer page under "Details and Exclusions."
  5. Offers are not valid for takeaway unless otherwise stated on the Offer.
  6. A Main Course or Main Menu Item is defined as the main element of a customer's breakfast, lunch, or dinner — not a starter or dessert. Urban Point does not legislate the specific layout or design of a merchant's menu. When in doubt, clarify with the customer before ordering.
  7. Customers must present their subscribed Urban Point app to use an offer.
  8. No voucher can be redeemed by phone or through a third party.
  9. Offers are valid 24/7 except on blackout days: Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Diwali, Qatar National Day, and Qatar National Sports Day.
  10. For special one-day-a-week theme brunches, check the Details & Exclusions section on each offer page in the app for specific validity.
Can I use an offer at any branch location?

No. Offers are location-specific and cannot be redeemed at a different branch.

Can my relatives use it?

Yes. The same account can be used across multiple devices. Just log in with your account details. Keep in mind that once an offer is redeemed on any device, it will show as used across all devices logged into that account.

Can I use vouchers for takeaway?

Standard dine-in vouchers are not valid for takeaway unless otherwise stated in the 'Details & Exclusions' section of each offer.

I didn't receive a confirmation code. How do I redeem the offer?

If you didn't receive a redemption code, you can find one in your Activities (Profile → Savings → 'See All Activities' on the bottom of the page). If the voucher was successfully redeemed on our end, the transaction will appear there. The Order ID is your redemption code and can be used to complete the transaction with the merchant.

For service offers I use on my own, how long do I have to redeem the complimentary service?

This is at the merchant's discretion. Generally, you'll have up to 3 months to redeem the complimentary service, but this can vary. To avoid any confusion, check with the merchant about their terms before using the offer.

Are there days when I can't use my offers?

Offers are valid 24/7 except on blackout days: Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Qatar National Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, and Qatar National Sports Day.

In addition, beauty salons have the right to decline Urban Point offers during the 5 days leading up to any Eid holiday due to high demand. It's worth calling ahead to confirm whether they're accepting Urban Point offers during that period.

I accidentally redeemed an offer I didn't mean to use. Can I get it back?

Once an offer has been redeemed, it can't be reversed. That said, it will be available again when it renews on the 1st of the following month.

I'm being asked to enter a PIN when using an offer.

That's the merchant's 4-digit PIN. It's how staff validate and confirm your redemption on their end. To redeem the offer and apply the discount, please ask the staff for their respective 4-digit-PIN.

Gifts

What are gifts and how do they work?

Gifts are offers you can send to anyone. You need an active Urban Point subscription to send them. You can gift any offer to any registered Urban Point user, whether or not they have an active subscription themselves.

How do I send a gift?

In the Urban Point app, choose an offer, tap "Gift Offer" on the pop-up, fill in the recipient's and sender's details, then tap "Send Gift." You can send up to 5 gifts per month. Any offer you gift will be marked as "gifted" and will be available to use or gift again in the following calendar month.

How do I use a gifted offer?

To use a gift, go to 'Profile' at the bottom right of the Urban Point app, select 'Gifts' on the menu. Any received gifts will appear on the 'Received' tab. To use the offer tap the offer then 'Use Offer' You can receive and use gifts whether or not you have an active subscription. Non-subscribers can use up to 3 gifted offers. Gifted offers are valid for 30 days after being received, unless it's a special event offer with its own expiry date.

I sent a gift to someone but they didn't receive it.

It's possible the gift was sent to a different number by mistake. To check, contact us and we'll look into it. Please note that once a gift has been sent, it can't be retrieved. It will be available to use or gift again from the 1st of the following month.

2. Transparency

We want to explain to you as clearly and transparently as we can how we use information we collect and receive about you. Our Privacy Policy explains:

3. General

Urban Point International operates the urbanpoint.com website and mobile app. This page is used to inform website and app visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service, the Urban Point website and app. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

4. Information Collection and Use

Urban Point may collect the following information from users of our mobile app and website: first name, last name, street address, area and city, phone and contact numbers, e-mail address, location (mobile site), and order history. This information is required in order to deliver the service and to notify you of offers nearby and will solely be used for these purposes.

5. Communication and Marketing

If you have registered on Urban Point, we will update you on our deals, news and special offers via e-mail, push notifications or SMS.

We may share your information with Urban Point Merchants. From time to time, we list offers from particular Urban Point Merchants who, as part of the offer, request information on our customers who purchased the offer in order to aid redemption. In those cases, we share some of your Personally Identifiable Information with our Merchants. Sharing this Information may allow a Merchant to market directly to you should they choose to do so. However, we will only share Personally Identifiable Information with a Merchant if you engage in an Identification Activity, and then only to the Merchant involved in that Identification Activity. We specifically disclaim any responsibility or liability for the actions of such Merchants. While we inform them that they are only permitted to communicate with you for the purposes of the specific promotion with Urban Point, we do not have any responsibility for the actions of the Merchant, and the actions of the Merchant are not in our control.

6. Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

7. Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your computer’s hard drive.

8. Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

  • To facilitate our Service;
  • To provide the Service on our behalf;
  • To perform Service-related services; or
  • To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
  • We want to inform our Service users that these third parties have access to your Personal Information.
  • The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.

13. Customer Control

We respect your individual customer rights and give you control over how your customer data is used. You can:

  • Request to update your account and manage your email communication settings.
  • Request access and make corrections to your personal data.
  • Request an electronic copy of your personal data for portability.

3. إنهاء الاتفاقية

يجوز لأوربان بوينت إنهاء هذه الاتفاقية في أي وقت، ويحتفظ بحق إنهاء حساب العميل عند رصد إساءة استخدام للتطبيق أو الخدمات أو الشركاء.

4. كيفية عمل العروض (نظرة عامة والاسترداد)

للاستفادة من عرض على المشتريات داخل المتجر أو الاستلام: (1) أخبر موظفي المتجر قبل الطلب أنك ستستخدم أوربان بوينت وتأكد أن العرض ينطبق على ما تنوي شراءه. (2) عند طلب الفاتورة، اعرض العرض داخل التطبيق. (3) يُدخل الموظف رقم التعريف الخاص بالتاجر في تطبيقك ويُطبق الخصم، ثم تظهر لك رمز تأكيد يجب تقديمه لاستلام الخصم أو الخدمة المجانية.

الغرض من التطبيق تمكين المستخدمين من الوصول إلى عروض أو معلومات من تجار أطراف ثالثة. تُفاوض العروض بين أوربان بوينت والتجار وتُعرض للمستخدمين المشتركين في التطبيق.

اقرأ شروط الخدمة قبل استرداد أي عرض:

أ. جميع العروض تخضع للقيود في قسم «التفاصيل والاستثناءات» داخل التطبيق.

ب. العروض غير صالحة مع عروض أو خصومات أو برامج ولاء أخرى.

ج. يجب تقديم العرض قبل الدفع أو طلب الفاتورة.

د. العروض صالحة سبعة أيام في الأسبوع ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك على العرض، مع أيام استثناء دنيا.

هـ. تنطبق العروض على البنود/الخدمات والمواقع المحددة على العرض وليس على رسوم الخدمة أو الإكراميات.

و. تظل العروض سارية حتى تاريخ الانتهاء المبين على صفحة العرض.

ز. العروض داخل المتجر غير صالحة في أيام الحظر التالية: عيد الفطر، عيد الأضحى، ليلة ويوم عيد الميلاد، ليلة ورأس السنة، عيد الحب، اليوم الوطني لقطر، واليوم الرياضي الوطني لقطر، وأي عطلات رسمية أخرى؛ ويُرجى الاتصال مسبقًا بالمتجر للتأكد من قبول القسائم في تلك الأيام. استثناءً لذلك، العروض المصممة خصيصًا للعطل كما هو مذكور على صفحة العرض. ويحق لصالونات التجميل رفض العروض خلال الخمسة أيام السابقة لعيدي الفطر والأضحاء بسبب الضغط.

ح. أوربان بوينت غير مسؤولة إذا كان فرع التاجر مغلقًا.

ط. تُفصّل أدناه قواعد العروض حسب الفئة.

ي. هناك نوعان من العروض: أساسية وثانوية، كما هو مفصل أدناه.

5. عروض الطعام والشراب

(1) العروض الأساسية للطعام والشراب لها نوعان: (أ) من النوع الأول مثل «اشترِ صنفًا رئيسيًا واحصل على آخر مجانًا» ويشترط حضور شخصين على الأقل، وعدد الاستخدامات يتناسب مع عدد الأشخاص كما هو موضح في النسخة الإنجليزية. (ب) من النوع الثاني مثل «اشترِ مشروبًا واحصل على آخر مجانًا» وقد يُسمح باستخدامها لشخص واحد للاستلام، ويُقدّر التاجر عدد الاستخدامات في الزيارة. (2) العروض الثانوية: «اشترِ شيئًا واحصل على شيء آخر بقيمة مساوية أو أقل مجانًا». (3) عروض رمز القسيمة: تُستخدم لشخص واحد داخل المطعم أو الاستلام، ولا تُطبق على تطبيقات التوصيل، ويجوز إهداؤها مع مراعاة انتهاء العرض. في حال النزاع، تُسوّى الفاتورة وفق القانون المحلي.

أ. يُخصم أقل سعر للبند كما هو مذكور على العرض من إجمالي الفاتورة.

ب. إذا كان العرض «اشترِ واحصل على واحد» من نفس الفئة، فيجب أن يكون الصنفان من نفس الفئة المذكورة على العرض.

ج. فاتورة واحدة لكل طاولة، ولا يُسمح بتقسيم الفواتير.

د. العروض صالحة للبند المذكور فقط وليست صالحة للفعاليات الخاصة (إفطار، سحور، بوفيه، برانش، ليالي موضوعية، قوائم خاصة) ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك في «التفاصيل والاستثناءات».

هـ. العروض غير صالحة للاستلام ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

و. «الطبق الرئيسي/صنف القائمة الرئيسي» هو العنصر الأساسي للوجبة وليس المقبلات أو الحلوى.

ز. يجب إظهار التطبيق بنشاط اشتراك صالح.

ح. لا يُسترد القسيم عبر الهاتف أو طرف ثالث.

ط. العروض صالحة على مدار الساعة باستثناء أيام الحظر المذكورة في الشروط الإنجليزية.

ي. للبرانش أسبوعي أو عروض يوم محدد، راجع «التفاصيل والاستثناءات» لكل عرض.

6. عروض الجمال والصحة

تشمل أمثلة العروض الأساسية: «اشترِ تدليكًا واحصل على آخر مجانًا»، وما شابه. والعروض الثانوية مثل «اشترِ قص شعرًا واحصل على تشذيب لحية مجانًا».

أ. يمكن استخدام عروض الجمال والصحة لشخص أو اثنين.

ب. تتطلب حجوزات مسبقة للمجموعات؛ وعند الاسترداد لشخص واحد يُدفع السعر كاملًا في الزيارة الأولى، ويُسترد العرض المجاني خلال مدة يحددها التاجر غالبًا ثلاثة أشهر.

ج. تخضع المواعيد لتوفر التاجر.

د. الدفع بالسعر الكامل في الزيارة الأولى.

هـ. القسائم المجانية للشخص الذي استرد الخدمة الأولى فقط.

و. في النزاع تُسوّى الفاتورة وفق القانون المحلي.

ز. تنطبق الخصومات على البنود المذكورة في العرض فقط.

ح. يُخصم أقل سعر كما هو مذكور على العرض.

ط. فاتورة واحدة لكل زيارة دون تقسيم.

ي. راجع «التفاصيل والاستثناءات» لكل عرض.

ك. لا تنطبق على الاستلام ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

ل. يجب الاشتراك في التطبيق أو استلام هدية من مشترك.

م. لا يُجمع مع عروض أخرى ولا يُسترد عبر الهاتف أو طرف ثالث.

ن. أيام الحظر كما في الشروط العامة؛ ولصالونات التجميل حق الرفض خلال الخمسة أيام السابقة لعيدي الفطر والأضحاء.

7. الترفيه والتجزئة والخدمات (بما في ذلك الفنادق)

تشمل الأمثلة تذاكر الدخول، الألعاب، التواريخ، ليالي الفنادق، وغيرها. تنطبق قواعد «اشترِ واحصل على واحد» والحد الأدنى للسعر والفئة نفسها وفاتورة واحدة كما سبق.

أ–ف. قواعد الاستخدام والنزاع والدفع في الزيارة الأولى كما في الأقسام السابقة.

ليلة الفندق: لا تنطبق العروض على الحجز عبر مواقع الفنادق أو أطراف ثالثة؛ يجب الحجز مباشرة بالاتصال أو البريد الإلكتروني للفندق. الحجوزات قبل الوصول وليست للمشي بدون حجز. تخضع التوفر لغرف مخصصة للعرض. قد لا تنطبق على بعض الغرف وفق تقدير الفندق. السعر غالبًا ليلة الغرفة فقط دون إفطار ما لم يُذكر. العطل والفعاليات والقيود الموسمية قد تنطبق. تسري سياسات الدفع والإلغاء للفندق. لا تنطبق على أسعار الشركات أو المجموعات أو الوكالات أو المواقع السفرية أو الجمع مع خصومات أخرى. للحجوزات الجديدة فقط. العملة حسب الفندق. حد عرض واحد لكل غرفة وليلة مجانية واحدة كحد أقصى لكل غرفة. الليلة المجانية متتالية مع الليلة المشتراة عندما ينطبق ذلك. قد يُذكر خصم 20٪ على الليالي الإضافية لبعض الفنادق. لا يشمل الطيران أو النقل ما لم يُذكر. تسري سياسات الحجز والإلغاء للفندق، ولأوربان بوينت لا مسؤولية عن سياسات إدارة الفندق.

شروط إضافية للترفيع والتجزئة: نفس قواعد الحد الأدنى للسعر والفئة وفاتورة واحدة وأيام الحظر والتفاصيل على صفحة العرض.

8. العضوية، الأهلية، والمسؤوليات

لدى أوربان بوينت عضويات مجانية ومدفوعة. التصفح مجاني، لكن الوصول إلى العروض داخل المتجر والاستلام يتطلب عضوية مدفوعة عبر بطاقة ائتمان/خصم أو فوترة شهرية للجوال، أو مجانًا ضمن بعض باقات أوريدو في قطر.

التطبيق مخصص لمن هم 13 عامًا فأكثر في قطر. إذا لم تكن في قطر يمكنك الاستخدام لكن العروض خاصة بمناطق في قطر.

تتعهد بعدم الاستخدام غير القانوني أو الإضرار بالمجتمع أو إرهاق الخوادم أو انتهاك حقوق الملكية أو اختبار الاختراق أو إساءة استخدام الخدمة. يحق لأوربان بوينت إنهاء العضوية عند سوء السلوك. يجب إخطار أوربان بوينت كتابيًا بأي تغيير على بيانات الحساب عبر التواصل معنا.

9. التجار

معلومات عروض التجار ليست توصية استثمارية أو قانونية من أوربان بوينت.

المحتوى والعروض مقدمة من التجار؛ دور أوربان بوينت الترويج لها. استخدامك للعرض يخضع لما يتفق عليه بينك وبين المتجر. اقرأ الشروط واستفسر لدى التاجر قبل المعاملة. ليس لأوربان بوينت مسؤولية عن السلع أو الخدمات محل العرض.

قد تحصل أوربان بوينت على رسوم أو عمولات من أطراف ثالثة، وتوافق على ذلك.

قد تكون صور التجار للتوضيح فقط إذا لم يزود التاجر بالمواد الفنية.

10. الموقع، تتبع الأداء، ورسوم البيانات

لعرض عروض مناسبة لموقعك، يحتاج التطبيق إلى معلومات موقع جهازك (GPS). إذا رفضت الوصول للموقع أو أوقفت GPS، قد لا تظهر العروض المناسبة لموقعك.

يستخدم التطبيق تتبعًا لأداء التطبيق والعروض لاكتشاف المشكلات.

قد تتحمل رسوم بيانات عند التحميل أو الاستخدام وفق باقة مشغل الجوال.

11. خصوصية العميل، طرق الدفع، والسجلات

قد تجمع أوربان بوينت وتخزن وتستخدم وتفصح عن معلوماتك للأغراض اللازمة وفق الأنظمة المحلية. في حال المخالفة القانونية، يجوز الإفصاح عند طلب الجهات المختصة بأمر قضائي. بالتسجيل، توافق على رسائل ترويجية عبر الرسائل القصيرة والدفع والبريد.

يمكن الدفع بالبطاقة لشراء العضوية، ويحق لأوربان بوينت تغيير طرق الدفع. تُخزن بيانات البطاقة لدى مزودي دفع خارجيين فقط بموافقتك. مسؤوليتك التأكد من توفر الرصيد.

في النزاع، تُعتبر سجلات أوربان بوينت صحيحة وملزمة، وتتنازل عن أي اعتراض على سجلاتنا.

12. ترخيص المساهمات، الروابط، والملكية الفكرية

باستخدامك للخدمة وتقديمك مراجعات أو ملاحظات، تمنح أوربان بوينت ترخيصًا دائمًا وعالميًا وغير حصري لاستخدام هذه المساهمات وتعديلها وتوزيعها. يحق لأوربان بوينت تحريرها أو حذفها أو إعادة تصنيفها.

أوربان بوينت غير مسؤولة عن محتوى مواقع الطرف الثالث التي نربط بها؛ زيارتها على مسؤوليتك.

جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية للتطبيق والموقع تعود لأوربان بوينت، ولا يجوز استخدامهما بما يتجاوز ما تسمح به الشروط.

13. توفر الخدمة، حدود المسؤولية، التعويض، وإخلاء المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو». نبذل عناية معقولة لكن لا نضمن خلوه من العيوب. إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، تُستبعد المسؤولية الناشئة عن التطبيق. أوريدو أو آبل أو جوجل ليس لها التزام بدعم التطبيق، لكنها قد تكون مستفيدة ثالثة من الشروط. لا تتحمل أوربان بوينت الخسائر الناتجة عن استخدام الخدمات. الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب التوفر» دون ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية.

قد تحدث انقطاعات مؤقتة؛ نسعى لإصلاحها دون مسؤولية عن الأضرار الناتجة.

باستخدامك للخدمة، توافق على تعويض أوربان بوينت والشركات التابعة والمسؤولين عن المطالبات الناشئة عن استخدامك أو مخالفتك للشروط.

استخدامك للمنصة على مسؤوليتك الكاملة. قد تُجرى تغييرات دون إشعار. لا نضمن خلو المنصة من الفيروسات. لسنا مسؤولين عن تكاليف إصلاح المعدات أو إغلاق مطعم.

Getting Started

What are Urban Point Picks?

Urban Point Picks is a section within the Urban Point app that gives users access to curated experiences, activities, services, and lifestyle offers across Qatar.

Unlike traditional Urban Point B1G1 offers, Urban Point Picks allows you to purchase selected offers directly through the app and redeem them when you visit.

How is Urban Point Picks different from Urban Point B1G1 offers?

Picks: Purchase your voucher in the Urban Point app first, then redeem it at the outlet.

B1G1 offers: Redeem your offer at the merchant and pay during your visit.

Do I need an email address to purchase an offer?

Yes. A valid email address is required to complete a purchase. If no email address is associated with your Urban Point account, you will be prompted to add one before proceeding to checkout. Your email address is used to send purchase confirmations and redemption confirmations.

Purchasing & Payment

How do I purchase an offer?
  1. Browse available offers in the Picks section.
  2. Open the offer details page.
  3. Select your desired quantity.
  4. Review your Checkout Summary.
  5. Select your payment method and complete payment process.
  6. Receive your Purchase Summary and confirmation email.
What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are securely processed through Urban Point's payment partner.

Available payment methods include:

  • Credit Card
  • Local Debit Card
  • NAPS
  • Himyan Card

Available payment methods may change from time to time.

How will I know if my purchase was successful?

Once your purchase has been successfully completed:

  1. A Purchase Summary screen will be displayed.
  2. Your purchased offer will immediately become available within the app.
  3. A purchase confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
  4. The email will contain your order details and purchase information.
Do I receive a receipt for my purchase?

Yes. A purchase confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address after a successful transaction.

The email includes:

  • Order number
  • Offer details
  • Quantity purchased
  • Payment method
  • Total amount paid
  • Purchase date
What if my payment fails?

If your payment is unsuccessful, the transaction will not be completed and no voucher will be issued.

You may retry the payment or attempt the purchase again later, or by selecting an alternative payment method.

In the unlikely case payment has been deducted but you have not received a purchase confirmation, please contact us

Can I cancel my purchase?

Purchases are generally final once payment has been successfully processed. Please review all offer details carefully before completing your purchase.

Purchased Offers

Where can I find my purchased offers?

You can access your purchased offers through any of the following locations:

Option 1: Purchase Summary

Immediately after completing your purchase, tap Redeem Now from the Purchase Summary screen.

Option 2: Purchased Offers Icon

Tap the Purchased Offers icon (located at the top-right) available within the Picks section. The badge displays the number of active purchased offers currently available for redemption.

Option 3: My List

Navigate to My List → Picks. This section provides ongoing access to all active purchased offers.

What information is shown in Purchased Offers?

The Purchased Offers section displays:

  • Offer title
  • Merchant name
  • Total quantity purchased
  • Remaining unused quantity
  • Purchase date
  • Expiry date
  • Redeem Now button
  • Offer Details button
What if I leave the Purchase Summary screen?

No problem. Your purchased offer remains available through the Purchased Offers icon and the Picks section within My List until it has been fully redeemed or expires.

How can I see how many offers I have remaining?

The Purchased Offers section displays the remaining unused quantity available for redemption.

If you purchase multiple quantities of the same offer, any unused quantities will remain available until redeemed or expired.

Will I receive reminders if I have not used my offer?

You may receive reminder notifications for purchased offers that have not yet been redeemed, provided you have enabled notification permissions for the Urban Point app on your device.

These reminders may be sent before the offer expires to help ensure you do not miss the opportunity to use your purchase.

Redemption & Booking

Do I receive confirmation when I redeem an offer?

Yes. Once a redemption has been successfully completed, a redemption confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

The email includes:

  • Offer title
  • Merchant name
  • Redemption date
  • Redemption time
  • Confirmation number
Do I need to book before redeeming my offer?

Many offers require advance booking.

Unless stated otherwise within the offer details, you should purchase your offer first and then contact the merchant directly to make a reservation.

Information about the offer such as available locations, directions, number, and opening times can be found in the ‘Store Information’ section in the offer details page. Please review the offer details before purchasing.

What happens if the merchant is fully booked?

Your purchased offer remains valid until its expiry date.

If your preferred date is unavailable, you may book an alternative date within the validity period.

We recommend booking as early as possible for high-demand experiences. For this, directly contact the merchant via the number found in the ‘Store Information’ section in the offer details page.

How do I redeem an offer?
  1. Open your purchased offer.
  2. Tap Redeem Now.
  3. Select the quantity you wish to redeem.
  4. Present the redemption screen to the merchant.
  5. The merchant enters their PIN.
  6. Once the PIN is validated, your redemption is confirmed.
Can I redeem my offer immediately after purchasing it?

Yes. Unless otherwise stated within the offer details, purchased offers can be redeemed immediately after purchase.

What are Multi-Type Offers?

Some offers may contain multiple types or categories within a single purchase. Examples may include different ticket categories, age groups, packages, or service tiers. Each type can be purchased separately and redeemed independently.

How do I redeem a Multi-Type Offer?

When redeeming a Multi-Type Offer:

  1. Select the type you wish to redeem.
  2. Select the quantity for that type.
  3. Present the redemption screen to the merchant.
  4. The merchant enters their PIN.
  5. Redemption is confirmed.

If you have remaining quantities under another type, you may redeem those separately at a later time or during the same visit.

Validity & Usage

How long are offers valid?

Offers are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. The validity period for each offer is displayed within the app.

Please note that blackout days — as defined and displayed within the app — count toward the 30-day validity period.

Expired offers cannot be extended, refunded, or reinstated.

Can I buy multiple quantities of the same offer?

Yes. You may purchase multiple quantities unless otherwise specified within the offer details.

Can I redeem multiple quantities in a single visit?

Yes. When redeeming an offer, you can select the quantity you wish to redeem, provided it does not exceed your remaining unused quantity.

Do all purchased quantities need to be used at the same time?

No. If you purchase multiple quantities of the same offer, you may redeem as many quantities as you wish during a visit. Any remaining quantities can be redeemed during future visits before the offer expires.

Can I transfer my purchased offer to someone else?

No. Purchased offers are non-transferable and may only be redeemed through the account used to purchase them.

Can I gift a purchased offer to someone else?

No. At this time, purchased offers are intended for use by the purchasing account holder only.

Can purchased offers be exchanged for cash?

No. Purchased offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative services unless required by applicable law.

Are there any blackout dates?

Yes. Unless stated otherwise within the offer details, offers cannot be redeemed during designated blackout dates.

These may include:

  • Eid Al Fitr
  • Eid Al Adha
  • Qatar National Day
  • New Year's Eve
  • New Year's Day
  • Qatar National Sports Day
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

Additional merchant-specific blackout dates may also apply and will be stated within the offer details where applicable.

Can I combine an offer with another promotion?

Unless explicitly stated otherwise within the offer details, offers cannot be combined with:

  • Other discounts
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Loyalty programmes
  • Third-party vouchers

What if I experience a problem redeeming my offer?

Please contact us and provide the following information:

  • Offer details
  • Merchant name
  • Date and time of visit
  • Screenshots or supporting information where available

Our team will investigate and assist accordingly.

What happens if a merchant refuses to honour a valid offer?

Please contact us. Our team will investigate the matter directly with the merchant and determine the appropriate resolution.

Can Urban Point guarantee availability?

No. Availability remains subject to merchant operating hours, capacity limitations, reservation availability, and applicable offer conditions. We recommend booking early where reservations are required.

How do I contact support?

For assistance with purchases, bookings, redemptions, or account-related issues, please contact us through our contact form or in-app support. Our team will be happy to assist.
